We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Laverton North.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Coach and support team members to meet performance and development objectives.
- Manage automated packaging lines, plant equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate stock movement, packaging, dispatch, and uphold GMP standards.
- Champion continuous improvement and collaborate across departments to optimise workflow.
About You:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role (agricultural or chemical industry experience preferred).
- SAP experience
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing environments.
- Forklift license (essential).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
