Ventia has been awarded a major contract to deliver build services for Telstra InfraCo’s nationwide fibre network, and we’re seeking multiple Project Coordinators to support the delivery of this critical infrastructure.

We welcome applicants with a background in administration/coordination or junior engineers with experience within the civil telecommunications space, looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate subcontractor documentation (STOWs)
- Liaise with site engineers for artefact accuracy
- Submit variations and contract notices via client portals
- Raise/manage CRQs (Change Requests)
- Support SAP-based material ordering and inventory
- Prepare completion status reports and daily updates
- Maintain accurate records for reconciliation and handover
About you:
- Must have experience in civil telco construction – highly regarded if you’ve worked on NBN or Telstra projects previously
- Strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable in high-volume, time-critical environments
