•️ Your Impact: As our Store Development Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on multiple high-impact projects — from new store builds to full refurbishments. You’ll oversee the process from concept to completion, ensuring every space meets our exacting standards and is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
• What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Driving the end-to-end lifecycle of store development projects: new openings, refits, relocations, and expansions. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams — including Property, Design, Construction, Retail Operations, and IT — to ensure seamless execution. • Managing feasibility studies, zoning approvals, and site surveys. • Coordinating contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure all milestones are met. • Performing site visits to ensure construction quality, safety, and brand integrity. • Managing budgets, timelines, and reporting, keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way. • Ensuring all permits, licenses, and compliance documents are up to date and in place. • Supporting store teams in preparation for high-impact store launches. • Manage the project tender process.
• What You’ll Bring: • A degree in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in retail store development, construction, or project management. • Exceptional skills in scheduling, budgeting, and managing multi-site projects. • A deep understanding of retail design, construction methodology, and local permitting processes. • Proficiency in project tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management software. • The ability to lead cross-functional teams and thrive under pressure. • Flexibility to travel across regions to oversee store launches and project milestones.
⭐ Bonus Points For: • PMP certification or similar project management qualification. • Experience in LEED or sustainable building practices. • Background in multi-site retail rollout programs.
