Job Description
Working alongside multiple business lines, your new role will allow you to develop a career in Research & Analytics within the Real Estate and Property sector. You will be exposed to a broad range of industry information, operations & provide insight to a highly effective team.
Your day will include:
- Ensuring the research data is quality checked and verified by the business to ensure data integrity is maintained.
- Input into research content and collateral such as market commentaries, presentations and thought leadership.
- Maintain the CRM database for all office buildings, owners, tenants and contacts by tracking deals, and inputting building audits, enquiry details and canvassing of tenants information
- Assist in maintaining and updating the stock report for all teams and update the signboard register
- Assist in preparing relevant information from the database to enhance submissions and presentations
- Produce regular research reports such as Market Share Analysis, Lease Expiry Profile reports, and monthly database usage reports.
- Manage the end-to-end research data collection process for the Adelaide markets.
- Collaborating with the business lines, reviewing third party data and entering and maintaining data into internal databases to produce quarterly property market indicators.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Data Analytics (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) or a relevant degree in Property Economics
- Advanced knowledge of Excel – Pivot tables, V-look ups and Formulas
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- The ability to follow detailed process and take direction
- Good attitude and ability to be flexible to ad-hoc requirements
- Ability to provide insight to the analysis of the data
