Our Property Managers look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and developing new opportunities. Your understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. As a Property Manager you will:
- Oversee a portfolio of properties around the Alstonville, Wollongbar region, ensuring compliance with real estate legislation
- Perform routine inspections and manage tenant communications
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with preferred service providers in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
- Maintaining a team environment also working with the sales department and administration team to ensure smooth and efficient office processes
- Maximise promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
About you
To succeed at Elders, you have:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager and industry experience within the local area
- Thorough understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation
- Current driver’s licence and a property management licence
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and have attention to detail
- Ability to work both collaboratively as a team and autonomously
