About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive, detail-focused individual to join our vibrant and energetic team, where you will partner with your key stakeholders (builders, suppliers, insurers, and internal team) to ensure that claims progress and are completed in a timely manner.
You will take full ownership in this role to work with builders who manage repairs on behalf of our clients to ensure repairs are carried out with a strong focus on repair life cycle, high quality work, and ultimately, to ensure KPI’s are hit.
Whilst this role would suit someone who has an insurance/claims background, we are open to hearing from you if you have worked in the construction/property/repairs/warranties or have worked in a similar field where you can apply your transferrable skills to managing claims from start to finish.

Key Requirements
- Accurately and efficiently manage assigned claims
- Ability to understand and review trade reports and general knowledge of builder terminology (high desirable)
- Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes and claim progress to all stakeholders
- Previous claims/insurance experience (highly desirable)
- A Team Player with the ability to operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment
