What you'll be doing
- Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is tidy and organised
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Ordering and maintaining office and warehouse supplies
- Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as required
