What You'll Be Doing

Reception & Guest Experience

  • Greet and welcome all visitors with warmth and professionalism.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage the main reception inbox.

  • Ensure meeting rooms are prepared, including setup of AV equipment and materials.

  • Register visitors and maintain security protocols.

Administration & Coordination

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms using office systems.

  • Maintain staff contact lists and internal directories.

  • Provide administrative support across departments when needed.

Office Support

  • Keep the reception and front office areas neat and organised.

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders as required.

  • Assist guests and staff with inquiries about facilities, amenities, and appointments.

  • Communicate clearly with employees about visitor arrivals and daily updates.
