Frontline Print - Leading Print Company - Artarmon / St Leonards (North Shore)
We are seeking suitable candidates to join our team in Reception Customer Services Rep on part-time basis mornings (9am to 1 pm), ( 9am - 3pm) or full-time (9am-4.30pm)
Working with a committed team providing quality print products – plastic cards, lanyards banners, posters and barcode labels to customers Australia-wide.
This is a Customer Service role handling print enquiries, new orders by phone calls, emails & website. Role requires building good rapport with customers to ensure we provide great customer service.
Daily work involves viewing Design files, talking to phone customers on print items like Gift Cards, Membership Cards, Lanyards, Flyers, Booklets, Labels, Stickers printing etc.
Able to calculate prices for print requirements & enquires. Co-ordinate incoming orders with Art dept & Print Production. Must be well-organised in co-ordination of incoming & outgoing print orders , preparing quotes promptly & invoicing.

Duties will include:
- Regular communication with customers on print requirements & new orders.
- Process new print orders, data entry of specs, payments from customers & invoices.
- Calculate prices/quotes for customers enquiries & respond to emails promptly.
- Follow-up sales leads & opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with Design/Production teams on order status & inform customers
To be successful in the role previous admin experience is required. Dealing with quotes, processing orders + coordinate with internal teams.
Training on our print products & services will be provided.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- You must have good communication skills to handle customer enquiries.
- Good data entry /keyboard skills on Outlook emails, Microsoft Excel.
- Good numerical ability to calculate prices, quotes & process payments.
- Attention to details on customers print requirements.
- You must be responsible, well organised person in co-ordination of print orders.

You will deal with interesting clients & print requirements, colourful art designs day-to-day.
