Job Description
The Opportunity
Annual Salary: $58,583 - $61,800 per annum + Superannuation
We are seeking a people-focused, motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join us in our modern, newly refurbished Osborne Park office.
This Front Office/Reception role will provide a professional standard of customer service to all internal and external customers, as well as assisting with racing payments function and customer queries.
You will be assisting with RWWA head office duties and facilities maintenance, undertaking tasks associated with RWWA’s Records Management to ensure seamless processes are maintained by working with other business unit operations.
A day in this role could see you undertaking the following duties:
- Provide Front of House reception duties with a high standard of customer engagement to internal and external customers.
- Co-ordinate the head office access and security system
- Managing the phone communications system for Reception
- Assist with Racing payment function and customer queries
- Co-ordinate internal Helpdesk job ticketing system (Jira) and respond to all Head office/internal inbox management requests with a prompt and timely resolution.
- Co-ordinate stationery order requests
- Ensure seamless processes are maintained by working with other Business Operations and Finance staff
- Manage pool car booking requests and maintain Key register
- Undertake tasks associated with RWWA’s Records Management
- Processing of mail and courier requests
- Processing of cash and cheque payments
- Provide back up support, when required, for administrative roles within Business Operations team
Qualifications
About you
Ideally to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role with a good customer service skills
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide quality customer service and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
