We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition Team, supporting volume recruitment across the Contact Centre until the end of the year.

What’s the Role About?
You’ll be supporting our volume recruitment activities across the Contact Centre. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Candidate Coordination: Help manage applications, schedule interviews, and keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Admin: Post job ads, maintain accurate records in our ATS, process pre-employment checks and action offers
- Team Support: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, assisting with high-volume recruitment campaigns and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Learning the Ropes: Gain hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, screening applications, and supporting group interviews as you grow your skills.
- Candidate Experience: Help deliver a great experience for candidates by being friendly, professional, and responsive.
