WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
This role plays a pivotal part in shaping Bain’s future talent pipeline. You will drive recruitment of Management Consultants for Bain’s Australian practice from top global and local MBA programs, as well as advanced degree candidates. In addition, you’ll support Associate Consultant graduate and experienced hiring to ensure Bain attracts the very best talent at every level. Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative recruiting team, you’ll partner closely with the Recruiting Senior Manager, Recruiting Partner, global recruiting team, HR & Professional Development teams, and Consultants with recruiting responsibilities to deliver innovative recruitment strategies and help achieve Bain Australia’s ambitious growth goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive Bain Australia’s MBA and advanced degree recruiting strategy in line with office targets and global guidelines
- Partner with regional/global teams to ensure Bain Australia’s participation in international MBA business school recruiting and related marketing initiatives
- Manage the recruiting calendar and on-campus strategy for local MBA schools, including events and presentations
- Support Associate Consultant graduate and industry (experienced) hiring campaigns, including events, candidate management, and interviews
- Own candidate relationship management from first contact through selection and closing, ensuring a strong candidate experience
- Maintain accurate data and reporting in Avature (applicant tracking system)
- Lead the Summer Associate internship program for Australia, including event logistics, professional development, reviews, and offers
- Contribute to regional and global recruiting initiatives, providing input and supporting implementation in Australian offices
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in graduate or professional recruitment, with full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in professional or financial services
- Experience in recruitment marketing, event management, or program management (highly regarded)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and database management skills
- Results-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage at all levels
- Collaborative, flexible team player
