About the role
As a Regional Operations Manager, you’ll be a pivotal leader in delivering RACGP’s education and training programs, particularly the Australian General Practice Training Program. Reporting to the Head of GP Training Operations, you’ll provide strategic leadership to the Victorian operational teams, drive innovation, and foster excellence across regional and local operations.
As our Regional Operations Manager, you'll also:
Lead and participate in development and implementation of national initiatives
Provide strategic leadership, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation while aligning team objections and national strategy
Pre-empt and prepare for changes in the GP training landscape, providing timely advice in consultation with the national GP training and education leadership team.
Work in partnership with the regional Medical Education team to drive and influence operational and training excellence in Victoria.
Skills & Experience
High level leadership experience in service delivery or program management.
Proven success in leading and integrating a diverse team to achieve its strategic goals, and plan to mitigate risks.
High level of initiative, conceptual and analytical thinking.
Extensive experience in a service delivery function with a customer centric focus.
