We're growing and looking for reliable, multiskilled Relief HR Driver to join our Jandakot team.
The opportunity
This permanent, full-time role is ideal for experienced, adaptable HR Driver who enjoy variety and have flexible availability. You’ll cover both planned and unplanned leave, with early starts (between 4:00–7:00am), mostly Monday to Friday, with some weekend and overtime opportunities.
You’ll work locally, drive a range of vehicles, and receive full training. Plus, enjoy a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000.
What you’ll be doing
- Step into various runs and services as needed, providing relief cover across a range of services and routes.
- Collect commercial waste streams: general waste, cardboard, plastic, bin delivery/removal, biosecurity waste
- Operate rear lift, front lift, hook lift, tautliner, and skip trucks
- Complete vehicle safety checks and compliance paperwork
- Build strong customer relationships
- Train with experienced drivers, with opportunities to mentor others

What you’ll bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience driving HR trucks
- Current HR license and clean driving record
- Flexible and dependable with strong communication skills
- Understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue Management
- Willingness to work across different trucks and routes
- Waste industry experience is highly desirable
- A positive, respectful, and responsible approach to work and other team members.
