We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Belmont for a fixed term maternity leave cover starting from 15/10/2025 and ending 15/09/2026.

About the role:
In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.

At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below:

Week 1:
Sunday: 10:00pm -12:00am Active Night (2 hours)
Monday: 12:00am - 7:00am Active Night (7 hours)
Tuesday: 7:00am - 9:00am (2 hours)
Wednesday: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (7 hours)

Week 2:
Saturday: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (7 hours)
Tuesday: 7:00am - 9:00am (2 hours)

• Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
