About the Role:
As our Restaurant Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our front-of-house. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating our talented floor staff to achieve outstanding service standards.
- Training and mentoring team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Overseeing daily operations during service hours, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and grace.
- Supporting management in various operational tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven prior experience in a team leading or supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop floor staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of service.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and problem-solve on the go.

Operating Hours:
- Tuesday to Friday: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Monday: Closed
