About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and self‑motivated Retail Assistant for our Miranda store. In this casual position, you will be driven by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide attentive service.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Process sales efficiently using our POS system.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving and unpacking deliveries (some heavy lifting required).
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of one year of retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build professional relationships and be a supportive team player.
- Strong communication skills and professional approach.
- Experience using electronic POS systems.
- High standard of personal presentation and grooming.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and late-night shifts.
- Genuine passion for homewares and retail.
