Your day to day
As our Retail Associate Director, your main focus will be to handle client relationships and serve as the face of our brand. The ultimate goal for this role is to provide best in class service while helping to grow our clients' business and promote the value and philosophies the brand brings.
You will be leading strategic, enterprise retail client engagements and will provide strategic advice to clients on Amazon holistically across sales, content, marketing and supply chain optimisation for the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, present, and execute comprehensive Amazon business plans that align with client goals and deliver measurable outcomes
- Develop strategies to create high-performing Amazon product pages that enhance visibility, drive traffic, and boost conversion rates.
- Plan and implement content marketing, promotional pricing, and budget allocation strategies to accelerate product sales and growth.
- Stay across industry news and macro trends, translating insights into tailored, actionable recommendations for clients.
- Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Develop the retail capabilities of the AU team through training and upskilling of Specialists and Senior Specialists
Who are you?
- You have 6+ years of experience in eCommerce
- Strong understanding of Amazon workings - specifically in Vendor Central, Amazon Marketing Services & Seller Central
- Detail oriented, good project management and organizational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys solving complex problems with creative thinking.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
