Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage store operations, including budgeting, pricing, and profitability.
- Oversee stock control, inventory planning, and supplier coordination.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff; manage rosters and performance.
- Drive sales through local store marketing and regular promotions.
- Ensure compliance with local food authority and Subway’s regular evaluations.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma or higher in Business Management, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years full-time experience as Retail Manager.
- Demonstrated experience in store operations, marketing, staff management, not just daily supervisory duties.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and operational KPIs.
- Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced retail environment, with strong leadership and customer service focus.
