The Role
The Revenue Operations Manager will build and optimise the operational backbone that powers CorePlan’s commercial engine. This role ensures alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through streamlined processes, integrated systems, and data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Do
Revenue Process & Enablement
Define and document end-to-end GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and CS to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Own the setup, optimisation and maintenance of HubSpot
Build and manage workflows, automations, lead scoring and lifecycle properties
Support onboarding, user access and training across teams
Systems & Data Infrastructure
Own the GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, CS tools), ensuring accurate data capture, reporting, and integrations.
Maintain data quality, consistency and hygiene across all objects
Evaluate and introduce automation where appropriate to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
Drive adoption of systems and tools, provide hand-on support across GTM teams.
Document and communicate changes to all processes
Forecasting & Analytics
Deliver accurate revenue forecasts by consolidating pipeline data from Sales, Marketing, and CS.
Own metrics for marketing sourced pipeline, sales efficiency, and retention/expansion. E.g. lead conversion rates, influenced pipeline and churn risk
Identify trends, gaps or bottlenecks across the funnel and work with teams to improve performance
Support campaign attribution and revenue impact tracking
Cross-functional Alignment
Provide monthly reporting and insights to senior management
Act as the operational link between GTM, Finance, and Product teams to support pricing, packaging, and enterprise deal governance.
Ensure seamless collaboration between Sales and CS for onboarding, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Partner with Marketing to measure campaign ROI and ensure attribution accuracy.
Ensure smooth lead handovers between Marketing, Sales and CS
What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role in B2B SaaS.
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, subscription revenue models, and GTM motions (Sales, Marketing, CS).
Proven expertise in CRM (HubSpot, Gong, Vitally or Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
Experience implementing and optimising sales and customer success processes.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
Exposure to enterprise SaaS deal cycles and account-based marketing.
Knowledge of SaaS forecasting frameworks and attribution models.
Familiarity with Looker, Zapier, Segment or Google Analytics, SQL or BI experience for more advanced analytics
Understanding of workflows and multi-touch attribution
