Are you passionate about keeping roads safe and traffic flowing smoothly? Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same? The City of Stirling is calling on experienced traffic management professionals to join our dynamic Engineering Services team as a Roadworks Traffic Management Officer.

Your Impact
In this hands-on and strategic role, you’ll:
- Lead the coordination of traffic management operations across the City.
- Review and endorse Traffic Management Plans for internal and external works.
- Collaborate with Main Roads WA, IPWEA, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice and training on traffic management strategies.
- Support and supervise the Roadworks Traffic Management team.
- Champion safety, compliance, and innovation in roadworks planning.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s not just qualified – but driven, collaborative, and ready to make a difference. You’ll need:
- Certificate in Advanced Worksite Traffic Management
- Construction “White Card”
- MRWA accreditation (within the last 3 years)
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience in traffic management coordination and plan design
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS365
- Current ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence and National Police Clearance
A Diploma in Civil Engineering and knowledge of local government practices will give you an edge.
