As a Team Member, you will carry out the day-to-day operations of the designated work teams within the Robinvale work areas.

- Competitive Salary: $35.37 per hour. In addition, Superannuation is paid at 15%
Your role:
- Team Collaboration: Maintain a productive team environment.
- Self-Management: Organise your work and meet standards.
- Multi-Skilling: Engage in various maintenance tasks on tractors, ride-on mowers, and other relevant machinery.
- Physical Fitness: Perform labour-intensive duties, and assist in Council’s parks infrastructure maintenance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain defect logs and workload indicators.
Requirements:
- Experience: Horticulture or civil works and working with a wide variety of plant and equipment.
- Safety First: Ability to follow OH&S and risk management procedures and policies correctly.
- Communication: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Licences: A current driver’s licence is required. A Medium Rigid Truck Licence (MR) is also required, but applicants willing to obtain their MR Truck Licence within six months of employment could be considered.
- Police Check: A valid Police Check within last six months is essential to commence employment.
