Corporate Construction and Maintenance Services Pty Ltd (CCMS) is a family-owned business located in North Plympton. CCMS is a medium-sized business, the successful applicant will work independently and alongside a team of various trades.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic person who is committed to joining our growing, close-knit team.
The successful applicant will be subject to 6 months’ probation period.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
To be considered for this role you will need to be fully licensed and agree to obtain a DCSI and SAPOL Clearance, as well as a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in roof plumbing
- Ability to work efficiently, maintaining a clean working environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and individually
- Attention to detail
- Customer focus and professional communication skills
- White card
- Current valid driver’s license
- Proven ability to undertake manual/physical work at heights
You Must
- Be diligent and professional in the pursuit of the job and project outcomes
- Have effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Display excellent organisational skills
- Be able to execute exceptional time management skills
- Have trade certificate, tertiary qualifications, or provide evidence of on-the-job skills
- Have experience in Commercial and Domestic Building industries (Preferred)
- Display the ability to work to deadlines and strive to complete projects within the budgeted time or sooner with accuracy
