Are you an experienced early childhood Room Leader ready to lead with warmth and purpose in the Nursery Room?
Only About Children South Melbourne is looking for a confident, passionate, and qualified Nursery Room Leader to join our team in a permanent full-time role. You'll play a key part in creating a safe, nurturing environment where our youngest children feel secure, supported, and inspired to learn and grow.
Our South Melbourne campus is designed with natural elements, spacious rooms, and dedicated outdoor areas for each age group providing the perfect environment for play-based learning and meaningful connections.

As a Room Leader, you'll lead group times, support the team, collaborate with families, and create a space where children can develop confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing in their earliest years.

What We're Looking For:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
Previous experience leading or supporting a Nursery Room
A warm, collaborative approach to leading your team
A passion for early development and nurturing strong relationships
A strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing
