Sales & Marketing Specialist – Onsite, Melbourne
We’re seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our Melbourne team. This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Moorabbin office, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make cold, warm, and hot calls to prospective and existing clients
- Set appointments and manage client meeting schedules
- Follow up to nurture leads and close opportunities
- Attend tradeshows and events to represent our brand and generate leads
- Use CRM software and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams) to track leads, manage pipelines, and report progress
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident communicator with strong phone skills
- Highly organised with great follow-through
- Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
- Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
