About the opportunity:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Building & Design Sales Consultant and be a key team member of the Sydney McDonald Jones Homes sales team. Your focus is to engage customers at the start of their journey to build a new home using one of our award-winning designs. With the goal of providing exceptional customer experiences, you will:
- Orchestrate the engagement with prospective customers at our display homes
- Maintaining presentation of the display home
- Schedule appointments and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display home
- Initiate memorable experiences as you support customers through the sales cycle from developing, qualifying leads to nurturing and closing
- Guide customers through this journey and present information to help customers confidently compose their dream home
- Collaborating with the Building & Design Consultant to ensure business objectives are accomplished
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose to build better futures and be aligned to our core values of Better Together, Think Bigger, Be Accountable and People Matter. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- A highly engaging and outgoing personality
- A passion for home design and living spaces
- Motivated by KPIs and driven to achieve results
- Customer service and sales experience in retail, hospitality/service or related industry
- Most importantly…. a strong drive to learn and grow within the role
- Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday
