About the role
With the support of an experienced sales team, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and capabilities. You’ll be instrumental in every phase of the sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers. This position is a chance to further develop your skills in a dynamic environment, contributing to and learning from the entire sales cycle.
As a full time, permanent position, it is 5 days/week (including weekends), with allocated days off during the week. In addition to the salary package (base + super) offered you will have the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses and commission.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Be the first point of contact for all sales and after sales inquiries, providing initial guidance before passing them on to your Sales Professional
- Providing exceptional customer service and customer care to everyone who engages with Stockland
- Maintaining onsite presentation and providing a superior customer experience
- Handle all incoming information via phone, emails, website and general enquiries
- Contribute to the planning of sales and marketing initiatives
- Maintain the CRM by supporting the Sales Professional to update lead details and following up enquiries.
About you

- A solid background in customer service, (where daily face-to-face customer interactions are a key part of your role), with experience in sales support or administrative roles within real estate, other property developers or home builders
- Hold a current real estate registration
- A genuine interest in driving sales and developing and growing your sales career further
- Ability to engage and build rapport easily with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Experience in database management
- Strong in your ability to multi-task, manage your time effectively and well organised
- Self-motivated, you can work independently or as part of a team
- Own reliable transport and full drivers’ licence are required
