THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Sales Consultant/Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's brand new 600-unit self storage facility in Abbotsford. No previous self-storage experience is necessary as full initial training will be given at our client's flagship facility in Moorabbin. This exciting and rewarding role would suit a switched-on go-getter who loves dealing with people and relishes the satisfaction of growing their client base.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
Hours are from 0830-1700 Mon-Fri and you will report to the Financial Controller. Drawing on your excellent customer service, admin and sales skills you will be responsible for:-
responding to the needs of existing customers
handling all telephone, email and walk-in enquiries
liaising with customers and helping them satisfy their self-storage needs
signing up customers, taking payments and updating customer records
ensuring customer loyalty by offering exceptional follow-up service and support
taking an active interest in securing new customers
being the face of the business by delivering friendly, flawless, customer care.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:-
To be successful in this role you will need a range of practical skills and experience including:-
fast accurate typing
flawless written and spoken English
a clear, confident telephone manner
strong admin and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
experience in (or an aptitude to learn/use/update) our CRM software
although by no means essential, a background in real estate or property will be very highly regarded.
