About the Role:
As our Sales & Marketing Support, you will play a vital role in the success of our sales and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of leads – from first contact to classification, reporting and feedback. You will also assist with coordinating display home hosts and rostering.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Call and qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Categorise leads by source, quality and sales-readiness
- Track, manage, and report on lead data using CRM and internal systems
- Assist with the scheduling of display hosts across locations
- Ensure hosts are briefed, prepared, and delivering great customer experiences
- Identify trends and offer insights on campaign performance based on lead engagement
As a motivated and driven self-starter, you will have the ability to work with minimal supervision while learning, adapting and thriving in professional, a fast-paced, and demanding environment.
