What You’ll Do
As a key player in our sales operations, you’ll:
Dive deep into sales processes, incentive programs, and CRM data to uncover opportunities for improvement
Build compelling business cases and process maps that guide smarter decisions
Deliver insightful dashboards and reports that empower our sales teams and leadership
Partner with the Sales Operations Manager to streamline workflows and boost productivity through automation
Ensure accuracy in incentive calculations through meticulous data analysis and reconciliation
Who You Are
You’re analytical, curious, and ready to make a difference. Ideally, you bring:
A degree or TAFE qualification in Business, Logistics, Sales, or Marketing
3–5 years’ experience in a commercial or sales operations environment
Strong skills in Excel and financial data analysis (bonus if you’ve worked with incentive/payments data!)
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
A track record of supporting strategic initiatives and improving operational processes
