Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Offer expert product advice and tailored solutions
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Process customer orders, quotes, and payments (cash and card)
- Manage stock control and inventory, including handling large stock deliveries
- Assist with in-store promotions, merchandising, and visual displays
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by management

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
