As the Salesforce Applications Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer and digital integration at Team Global Express. You’ll lead the development, implementation, and ongoing support of our Salesforce ecosystem—including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
What You’ll Do
Setting strategic direction and operational standards for Salesforce services.
Leading blended teams of TGE employees and vendor partners to deliver enhancements and project-driven improvements.
Overseeing the stability, performance, and security of Salesforce applications.
Managing integration with other systems, including Active Directory and identity access platforms.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver seamless solutions.
Ensuring compliance with data protection policies and user access controls.
Driving continuous improvement through performance monitoring and industry best practices.
Providing technical documentation, training, and support to end-users.
