Dysons, a trusted and family-owned bus company operating since 1952, is currently seeking casual, on-call School Bus Supervisors to join our supportive team at the Bundoora Depot.

In this role, you will accompany students with disabilities on dedicated school bus routes, helping to ensure a safe and supportive journey to and from school. While work is casual, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a valued service when called upon.

About the Role:

• Supervise school students during morning and afternoon school runs, on an on-call casual basis, during school terms.
• Ensure the safe and appropriate pick-up and drop-off of students, in line with school policies and procedures.
• Work closely with drivers, families, and schools to support a positive, inclusive environment.
• Enjoy a fulfilling and flexible role that allows you to contribute meaningfully to your community.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for caring, reliable, and community-minded individuals who:

• Have a genuine interest in working with children, particularly students with disabilities.
• Are patient, empathetic, and have excellent communication skills.
• Are available for split shifts, Monday to Friday, during school terms.
• Are comfortable working on an on-call casual basis, with flexibility.

Hold or are willing to obtain a First Aid Certificate HLTAID011 and a Working with Children Check.

Previous experience supporting children with disabilities will be highly regarded.
