Job Description
About the role
The Security Delivery Manager is a pivotal role that partners with security teams and stakeholders across our organisation to coordinate demand, build strategic relationships, and drive standardisation of security delivery practices. You'll serve as the central point for security program management, working across cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery while leading the transformation of how our security teams operate.
Reporting directly to the Deputy CISO, you'll work closely with Technology, Product, and business units to facilitate collaboration and bring the right teams together to deliver organisational success. Success in this role means establishing streamlined security delivery processes, building strong stakeholder relationships, and demonstrating measurable improvements in security project delivery efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all security team requests, managing intake processes, triage, and prioritisation
- Partner with Security Leadership Team to identify appropriate resources and facilitate cross-team dependencies for efficient delivery
- Build and maintain strategic relationships across Technology, Product, and broader business units with regular stakeholder engagement
- Guide the adoption of Scrum/Agile methodologies and implement Jira optimization across Security teams to improve delivery transparency
- Develop standardised processes, best practices, and Service Catalogues for Security project management
- Lead change management initiatives to help Security teams adapt to new processes and tools while building agile capability maturity
- Provide ongoing business updates, reporting, and support investment planning for security initiatives
Qualifications
Skills and experience

- Strong technology background with demonstrated experience implementing Jira and other project management tools in enterprise environments
- Proven track record with Scrum/Agile methodologies and frameworks, with ability to guide teams through agile transformation
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with high EQ and ability to influence across diverse teams and adjust communication styles accordingly
- Experience balancing competing priorities across security and business landscapes, with excellent judgement in managing business expectations against security requirements
- Strong problem-solving leadership with demonstrated ability to lead others through ambiguity and quickly breakdown complex challenges
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in technology environments, preferably with exposure to cybersecurity teams and projects
