What you’ll do
- Be the friendly, trusted face of the team—collaborating with stakeholders, asking the “why,” and helping shape solutions that make sense for everyone.
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business needs, working closely with legal and regulatory teams to ensure alignment.
- Use tools like Confluence, Jira, and agile ways of working to raise user stories, track progress, and keep things moving—while keeping the vibe light and collaborative.
- Bring energy, empathy, and a sense of humour to every interaction—whether it’s brainstorming with stakeholders or supporting your fellow team mates.
What you’ll bring
- Experience delivering Senior Business Analysis activities within a mid to large, agile focused organisation
- A people-first mindset—you're known for being the most approachable, collaborative, and balanced person in the room.
- Experience working in agile environments utlising tools like Jira and Confluence, to keep delivery on track.
- A natural ability to build trust, listen deeply, and bring clarity to complex conversations—especially when balancing business needs with technical realities.
- A love for working with others—whether it’s bouncing ideas around, supporting your team, or just sharing a laugh.
