As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. About Goodstart West Kempsey:
Our community-focused centre has 76-places for children and is located conveniently over the railway line in West Kempsey.

The centre director of our service, Renee, has an amazing 24 years of experience across a variety of roles in the Early Childhood sector. You’ll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
