The Opportunity
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle—scoping, stakeholder engagement, delivery, and closeout. You’ll lead capital upgrades, refurbishments, and infrastructure improvements across a broad client base in live and operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of construction and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and consultants across disciplines
- Drive project controls – scope, budget, schedule, safety, and reporting
- Maintain strong client communication and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Support continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and governance standards
- Travel across metro and regional client sites as required
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience delivering complex building or infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication and contractor management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and project reporting capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple client environments
- Willingness to travel across South Australia (metro & regional)
- Must have own vehicle and full driver’s licence
For travel to regional client sites, overnight stays may be required. In such cases, meals and accommodation are provided in line with ATO guidelines, and eligible expenses may be claimable.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate Diploma in Project Management, Construction, or related
- Construction White Card
- Strong MS Project and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Cert IV in OHS or equivalent field experience
Desirable:
- Trade or technical background (e.g. HVAC, electrical, carpentry)
- Client-side or consultancy project experience
- Professional memberships (AIPM, Engineers Australia, AIQS)
Engineering qualifications are not mandatory—strong delivery and communication capability are highly regarded.
