What you’ll do:
Lead on complex recruitment projects and hiring campaigns.
Manage high-impact hiring needs for specialised and senior-level positions.
Leverage talent intelligence reports and external data to provide stakeholders with market intelligence and strategic guidance.
Optimise recruitment processes through data-driven decision-making, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and continuous improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and business leaders to improve talent acquisition effectiveness.
Mentor and influence team members, leading by example and proactively solving hiring challenges.
Develop proactive hiring strategies based on talent market shifts, competitor knowledge and industry research.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to advise and influence hiring managers.
Expertise in recruitment analytics, including sourcing effectiveness, hiring trends, external market influences, and workforce planning.
Proficiency with ATS systems, ideally Workday.
Deep knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
