The business has experienced significant growth, particularly in SEO. - Own strategy and execution across a portfolio of 10–12 clients
- Manage relationships through video and in-person meetings
- Drive meaningful outcomes through keyword research, content-led strategy, UX/CRO improvements, and technical audits

SEO Strategy & Execution
- Build tailored strategies for each client based on research and performance goals
- Implement on-page, off-page, and content-led approaches
- Drive improvements via structured data, schema markup, and click-through optimisation
- Lead client calls and in-person meetings
- Report on impact clearly and confidently
- Build trust and long-term relationships
- Spot conversion and engagement opportunities
- Implement conversion tracking and performance measurement
- Analyse data via GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and more
- Stay on top of Google updates and algorithm shifts
- Contribute ideas, tools, and experiments to improve outcomes
You're likely 2–5 years into your SEO journey, confident in strategy, communications, and technology. You love variety, learning, and working closely with purpose-driven clients. You're naturally curious and have the polish and empathy to represent the agency in meetings.
You’re also:
- Deeply familiar with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, Screaming Frog)
- Comfortable with HTML/CSS and working across CMS platforms like Shopify, WordPress, BigCommerce
- Focused on outcomes and excited by client success
- Comfortable commuting to Frankston three days a week (ideal if you’re based in Bayside or southeast suburbs)
- Screening Call – A 30-minute intro call with the internal team
- In-Person Interview – Meet in Frankston to go deeper
- Live Assessment – A 60-minute hands-on task covering:
- Technical SEO problem-solving
- Content planning around a keyword
- A short critical thinking challenge
