You’ll be the face of the brand — welcoming customers, helping them find their perfect pair, and keeping the store looking great.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
- Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
- Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
- Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift
- A genuine passion for customer service and retail
- Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Full availability from October to mid-January 2024 – especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
