About this opportunity:
Develop and execute social media strategy across multiple brands and channels.
Drive storytelling and engagement on key platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
Plan and brief content shoots with a “content for purpose” mindset.
Work closely with the Content Producer and Creative team to deliver impactful assets.
Recommend and implement new content formats to engage audiences and drive sales.
Lead content and strategy execution for key events, partnerships, and activations.
Connect offline retail experiences with online social presence.
Collaborate with Marketing Manager to amplify partnerships and campaigns.
Stay across new platforms and emerging technologies to keep Aje ahead of the curve.
Create annual social strategy, KPIs, and content roadmaps to achieve growth targets.
Build innovative campaigns that align with brand pillars and seasonal storytelling.
Manage daily publishing, copywriting, and community engagement across all channels.
Develop an “always-on” approach with content cadence tailored to each platform.
Repurpose user-generated and tastemaker content to drive reach and authenticity.
Maintain consistent brand tone of voice across all social touchpoints.
Partner with PR, Marketing, and Digital teams to align paid and organic strategies.
Monitor KPIs and performance across growth, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Analyse and report on performance weekly/monthly with actionable insights.
Benchmark against industry trends and propose new opportunities to grow brand awareness.
Actively engage with the community, responding to messages, comments, and tagged content.
You will bring:
3-4+ years experience within an organic social media-related role with demonstrable results
Extensive experience in creating highly-engaging content, suitable for specific target audiences
Excellent copywriting skills and strong verbal communication
Strong visual eye
Highly organised
Analytical, with an ability to analyse data and present results to senior stakeholders
A sound understanding of and passion for the wider fashion world
A deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital progression
Ability to think on a global scale, with both the domestic and international consumer in mind
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual details and accuracy
Time management skills
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
A passion to deliver excellent community management
