About the role
Foamed Insulations Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sprayfoam Trainee to join our team in Rydalmere, NSW. This is a casual role transitioning to full-time for the right candidate. We will provide you with hands-on training and experience in the installation of high-performance sprayfoam insulation.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting experienced sprayfoam technicians with the preparation, application and finishing of sprayfoam insulation in various applications and at various job sites
- Learning the technical aspects of sprayfoam installation, including equipment operation and maintenance
- Ensuring work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Participating in on-the-job training and development opportunities
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication skills
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- A willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Essential qualifications
- Full unrestricted Light Rigid or Medium Rigid Truck licence
- Ability to travel overnight when required
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Unrestricted right to work in Australia
It would be an advantage to have
- Construction Industry Induction card (Whitecard)
- Scissor/EWP ticket
