Due to business growth, Carco has an exciting career opportunity for a motivated and organised Stock Controller to join our vibrant, collaborative team.
The Stock Controller role is an integral & critical role in our dealership with responsibility for the efficient organisation & management of vehicle stock ensuring the smooth & timely delivery of Customer vehicles.
ROLE:
- Stock and administration management
- Co-ordination of Vehicle logistics & transportation
- Preparation and processing forward order entry
- Liaise with & prepare Pre-Delivery repair orders
- Relationship building within the franchise network
- Managing vehicle swaps with other dealers including organising transport, invoicing & raising purchase orders
- Processing RDA on manufacturer's portal
- Involved with floorplan management
YOU:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Dealership management system experience
- Good Attitude
- Conscientious and diligent, taking full ownership for tasks & duties.
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills and strong computer literacy
- A positive can-do attitude & work ethic
- Flexible & adaptable with proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Previous dealership experience favourable
