Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers in person and over the phone
- Assist with general admin tasks and daily accounting processes (Sitelink)
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Support customers with truck and van rentals
- Maintain the hire schedule and operate the lift safely
- Keep the facility clean, tidy, and hazard-free
- Follow open/close procedures and ensure site security
- Explain facility access, payment terms, and gate app functions clearly to customers
- Strong organisational and admin skills with attention to detail
- Committed to delivering great customer service
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities
- Confident communicator and team player
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with storage facilities or StorMan software is a bonus
