Pattysmiths is looking for a passionate and motivated Manager or Assistant Store Manager to lead our team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

About the Role:
As a Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our store. You’ll lead a dynamic team, ensure operational excellence, and drive growth while maintaining Pattysmiths’ high standards for customer service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting.

Pay: $30.36 – $32.89 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
