Salary: $73,151
NC Electrical & Air-Conditioning is seeking a motivated and reliable Storeperson to join our growing team in East Arm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for ongoing, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming goods, check for damage, and verify against invoices
- Unload vehicles, open packages, and remove contents
- Operate computers to manage stock location and quantities
- Label goods and update storage records
- Pack, weigh, and seal goods for dispatch
- Use machines to lift and place goods at high levels
- Operate specialised picking equipment (manual/electronic) and cross-check goods with picking lists
- Assist with regular stocktakes
- Use materials handling equipment, including pallet lifters and hand trucks
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Valid forklift ticket and relevant experience (preferred)
- Previous warehousing or storeroom experience
- Reliable transport
- Strong attention to detail
- Personal protective equipment (PPE)
- A great attitude and strong work ethic
