Reporting into the Warehouse Supervisor the Store person will join our Parts Distribution Centre on a Fulltime basis at our Guildford Location. Working in a small team, this role is tasked with unloading inbound goods and delivering to our internal customers, data entry into the Warehouse Management Systems. This includes forklift operation, manual handling, customer service, computer data entry.
About Parts Distribution Warehouse (PDC)
Our 24/7 PDC holds 75K Cat® product lines, shipping 300K lines/month. We use the DEMATIC system for 18K+ small parts, and provide rack and yard storage, hose-building, parts inspection, REMAN, pick-packing, and customer pickups with multiple Warehouse Management Systems for accurate deliveries.
Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5 Hours per day (including meal break)
What You’ll Do:
- Forklift Operation
- General Warehousing duties
- Unloading and delivering goods to workshops
Skills & Experience:
- Forklift Licence and experience
- Capable of performing duties in various weather conditions
- Good manual handling techniques
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously with effective communication skills
- Computer literacy – including MS Suite
- Positive attitude with great attention to detail
