About the role
Fairwater Strata Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our team in Macquarie Park, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of a diverse portfolio of strata properties, ensuring the smooth running and compliance of the buildings under your care.
What you'll be doing
- Providing high-quality customer service to owners, tenants and contractors
- Coordinating and managing maintenance, repairs and refurbishment projects
- Organising and attending regular strata committee meetings
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, by-laws and regulations
- Assisting with the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Strata Manager or in a similar property management role
- Strong working knowledge of strata legislation, by-laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Full time or part time
