- Competitive Salary starting from $194,000 plus 14.75% Super, for a 10-day, 80 hour, working fortnight

The opportunity:
As our Strategic Property Delivery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation and review of our key property, corridor selection, land management and acquisition processes and documentation and managing relationships and inputs from relevant stakeholders.
- ensure we have efficient processes and practices aligned to applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
- to review, develop and manage property and land access and acquisition processes, standards and frameworks.
- apply a strategic approach to manage our existing processes and delivery risks from a property and land management perspective on large-scale linear infrastructure projects.
If you have a strategic approach to problem solving and a positive attitude we need you to support our Property projects delivery portfolio and play a pivotal role in the optimisation and development of our existing processes.
The people you'll join:
In this strategically focussed role, you will be reporting to the Property Strategy and Governance Team Leader within our broader Property team. You will be working closely with various SME's in our Property teams and join a dynamic Community and Delivery Services group dedicated to maintaining high standards in the management of community and stakeholder relations supporting the efficient delivery of large and complex linear infrastructure projects.
What you'll bring:
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a background in internal consulting, who is a go-getter, who can identify opportunity in understanding business issues, harness support for business improvements and can influence and train others.
You have been able to create successful business outcomes and improvements in process delivery in:
- Leading the provision of strategic advice, developing and implementing optimised delivery processes, frameworks and strategies.
- Identifying and delivering innovative strategies and initiatives across business functions in a complex organisation.
- Managing interfaces with a diverse number of internal and external stakeholders in the development and implementation of strategies.
- Best practice leadership at both strategic and operational levels to consult with and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ability to apply knowledge of relevant Legislation and Acts that govern project delivery processes in a similar regulated industry.
You will have relevant Degree level qualifications in property/real estate, project management, law, business, commerce or related field or a lesser qualification if coupled with significant relevant experience.
