About the Role

In this dynamic position, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing guidance on enrolment processes, course options, and student services. You will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging experience for students from their first interaction through to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to prospective students via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Assist with enrolment processes, ensuring students have all necessary documentation and support
  • Guide students through their academic transition, making sure they feel informed and confident
  • Coordinate orientation and scheduling to help students start their journey successfully
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and support general office organisation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless student engagement and retention

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport effortlessly
  • Experience in administrative support and record management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage time effectively in a busy environment
  • A welcoming, professional, and solutions-oriented approach
